PROMOTING ART AND CULTURE

Three main festivals of SGBS Trust
are Gokulashtami, Sharadotsav and Thyagaraja & Purandharadasa Aradhana.

Monthly music concerts on the first
sunday of every month to promote budding talent.

Cultural programmes for over 50 days in a
year, free for public.
SPIRITUAL PROGRAMMES AND NAMA-SANKEERTHANAM

Spiritual discourses and devotional programmes are part of the festivals.

Festivals include Ashtapadi
Bhajans, Divya Namam, Radha Kalyanam and
Nrithya Sankeerthanam.

Weekly (Saturday) Bhajans conducted in different
locations on request .
SOCIAL COMMITMENT
The Trust provides help, relief and
empowerment to the under privileged, with no discrimination based on age,
sex, caste, creed or religion. Current activities include:

Financial assistance for the education of about
325 deserving students every year through programme
" Shiksha" (education),
where the fees are directly paid to the schools.

Free employment and marriage bureau

Establishment and running of a centre, " Sanathana Dharmasamstha", to conduct the last rites/annual
shraadham of the departed (For assistance, Contact 25567990)

Free facilitation for funerals
UNNATI
"Unnati",launched
in October 2003 is a Vocational
Training Centre for the
Underprivileged.
